Egypt has seen positive growth in the fields of construction,
real estate and energy within the past few years. This
growth has positioned Egypt as an attractive investment
haven for local, regional and international private sector leaders.
In supporting the country’s expansion and growth, 365
Ecology recently announced the launch of two new
subsidiaries ECO IFM & ECO FLS. The announcement came
during the celebration of 365 Ecology’s 5-year anniversary.
With more than 143 projects in their portfolio and a large
group of satisfied clients that extend 75 clients, 365
Ecology has earned a leading position in the market with
their innovative and integrated energy-efficient HVAC solutions.
Osama Bekhit, Founder & Managing Director of 365 Ecology
highlights the importance of the industry for the Egyptian
Economy “The Egyptian construction and real estate market
are positioned for continued growth with the country’s fast-
growing population and a GDP contribution of L.E 320 bn.
New urban and residential developments are driving this
growth. 365 Ecology saw the need in servicing this growth
and going beyond the traditional realms of HVAC
engineering solutions by launching ECO IFM & ECO FLS”
The announcement comes in line with 365 Ecology’s vision
of being a full-service provider that copes with the new
norm of virtual and automated solutions, developing
buildings of tomorrow.
“Following thorough studies and analysis of the current real
estate market, and the digital transformation we are
witnessing across all industries it was imperative for us to
invest further. A dynamic sector needs innovative industry
leaders that are agile in the face of change and that’s why
we saw the need to introduce to the market integrated
solutions. This undoubtedly introduces us to what I believe
will be the “new norm” said Bekhit.
ECO IFM, the first of 365 Ecology’s subsidiaries focuses on
providing integrated facility management and after sales
services. With a considerable investment in training and the
development of its facility management team, with ECO
IFM, 365 Ecology promises to provide its existing and
future clients with a one team approach.
“Ensuring that we not only invest in solutions but also in
people is at the core of 365 Ecology’s DNA. From the teams
we have on board, including a group of leaders with
specialized expertise joining our family to manage our new
subsidiaries, to the occupants of the projects we deliver
whose safety, comfort and wellbeing are essential in all
that we do” continues Bekhit.
The second subsidiary announced is ECO FLS. This arm of
365 Ecology undertakes safety and security of construction
and buildings, by providing firefighting and safety solutions
such as smoke and fire withdrawal systems.
365 Ecology contributes in offering solutions that help the
environment and make the world a better place. The
solutions and consultation the company offers means that
real estate developers, contractors and end users can
reduce energy costs and enhance control over energy
usage. To date 365 Ecology has achieved recognizable
figures in the reduction of CO2 emissions by 15,054,534
Kilotons and saved up to 36.066 Megawatts of electricity
consumption resulting in L.E 50.6 million in annual savings.
